FourChain Server License
(Perpetual Enterprise License)
Includes server license for FourChain web server and database server modules.  Includes 1 reseller user (administrative) license, unlimited customer users, unlimited product SKUs, and unlimited customer store-sites.
 
Reseller is responsible for server hardware, operating software (Windows 2003 Server, MS SQL Server, IIS) and appropriate bandwidth.

Additional Reseller
Concurrent User Licenses
Required for each additional concurrent* reseller user.
 

*Concurrent reseller users:  A reseller with 10 reseller user licenses (for example) may provide system access to all of their reseller employees (any number of reseller users - sales team, operations, technical, admin, management), however, only up to 10 users can sign on simultaneously.  The 11th reseller user signing on will not gain access without an additional user license.

If you require 10 reseller users to access the system simultaneously, you'll need 1 server license + 9 reseller user licenses.

No license is required for end-customer access to the system.
 
 
Annual Maintenance Subscription
Covers ongoing technical support and software updates.  Pricing is based upon the total number of concurrent reseller users. 
 
Installation & Integration Services
Installation plans are tailored to your specific needs as configurations range from one server (standard) to multi-server (high-availability) providing a dual, failover clustered environment.
 
As a full service software application development firm, Ingeniasoft can provide custom integration assistance of FourChain to many existing reseller and customer-facing systems.
 
Administrator and User Training
FourChain Enterprise training can be provided through an appropriate combination of web-based and on-site, instructor-led training. A custom training plan will be created for your specific needs.
