The Solution Ingeniasoft's developed a custom workflow system called 'CIS - Client Intake
System' that allows the firm to capture each new prospective client and the
related case information as they are encountered. The system manages the review process used by the firm to select the potential cases with merit. All prospective clients are maintained in the system for follow-up communications and review should their case load warrant.
